Added cores for all annexed nations via the new merge decisions.

Changes:
Added a game rule to merge nations for 2v2 and 3v3 maps.
Removed the penalty for going over over width, if the mod is using 30 CW, 40W divisions will fit with no problem, but 14W divisions will only enter in battle by 2, not 3.
Imported diplomacy rules from the official mod.
Fixed the cost for agency upgrades.
Removed unrelated vanilla events showing up.
Reduced the cost for industrial/electronics concern from 150/75 to 75/50, but the cost for industrial decisions doubled from 25 to 50.

Changes:
Reduced victory points from 750 to 700
Fixed str/org global damage, I miscalculated the values needed to keep the same damage dealt like vanilla, but with less dice rolls:
  • Org damage: 0.07 ---> 0.044
  • Str damage: 0.028 ---> 0.021

Changes:
  • Fixed planes spawning with equipment not researched yet
  • Sweeden starts with 125 heavy fighters from 100
  • USMC starts with 125 medium bombers and 25 heavy bombers from 150/50, but the designs are way better
  • Italian "Campini" fighter design no longer have jet engine, not it starts with engine 4.
  • All Armoured car techs have the base speed nerfed by 1 km/h
  • Fixed "Linx Armoured Cars" not giving points to AC MIO
  • Fixed Italian Balanced of Power for Axis III
  • Doubled the cost for all submarines
  • Fixed some MIO side traits having the need to scroll to reach them.

Changes:
  • Reworked armored cars:
    - now they use bonuses from "All Infantry & Mot/Mech"
    - side traits have been added to Armoured Car mio
    -One armoured car battalion require 5 less of eq. to be full
    -Added a side focus for Armoured Cars to Scandinavian focus tree:

  • Fixed Ranger spawnins from UK and Finland Right
  • Moved "Prospect for Resources" focus to industry tree
  • Fixed Icons for industry ideas.
