Okay, since folks keep asking me about changing the city names, I've gone into the OWB map files and changed the names of all cities back to their original names. And I checked, all these names are the original name of each major city on the map.

This might affect a few of the map mods, but it's not a big deal.

You'll have to find out if this break saves as I have no idea.

Changes:
Boneyard will be renamed to El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Ángeles del Río Porciúncula

San Fran will be renamed to Yerba Buena

The Glow will be renamed to the Pueblo de San Diego

Correction, The Glow will be called San Miguel

New Vegas will be renamed to The Meadows

New Reno will be renamed to Lake's Crossing

Sac City will be renamed to New Helvetia

Portland will be renamed to The Clearing

Seattle will be renamed to New York

Flagstaff will be renamed to Antelope Spring

Phoenix will be renamed to Swilling's Mill

Two Sun will be renamed to Toixon

Red Sun City will be renamed to La Villa de Alburquerque

Denver will be split into the names of Auraria and St. Charles

New York will be renamed to Fort Amsterdam

Boston will be renamed to Trimount

The Pass will be renamed to El Paso del Norte

Miami will be changed to Flagler

Charelston will be renamed to Charles Town

Cincinnati will be renamed to Losantiville

Atlanta will be renamed to Terminus

New Orleans will be renamed to Vieux Carré

Orlando, Florida will be renamed to Jernigan

Austin Texas will be renamed to Waterloo

Jacksonville, Florida will be renamed to Cowford

Edited some line in the decisions file to hopefully prevent a stack overflow of the error report and reduce game crashes.

changed the .MOD file number from a 15 to a 16.

I did nothing else. Nothing at all. This will break and corrupt your saves beyond repair, force you to sacrifice your first born, give an arm and a leg, and sign a contract for your soul to play.
