Tweaked temperature values on the Crusader, Inquisitor and Herald apparel as it was sometimes causing them to spawn with flophats. tuques etc at low temperatures.

Removed Complex clothing requirement for the research project, now requires tailoring from Medieval Overhaul if installed. Otherwise it will just have smithing as a prerequisite.
