Reverting previous patch to fix critical bug

- Fixed a few bugs with the Give Gold dialog. Hopefully works for Dire now.
- Fixed Evoker's Gar Zeng bugging out for the host
- Added a couple of commands for the host (ExtraBounty and SharedBounty)
- Fixed player armor display

- Fixed a start bug

- Fixed some issues with the difficulty voting screen
- Sniper can now blink while in sniper stance (WC3 parity)
- Spellbringer's Battle Sphere targeting effect properly expires if you disjoint it
- Time Mage's ultimate no longer affects player controlled units (summons, etc)
- Mentalist's cleave can no longer be dispelled
- Evoker's Gar Zeng should now hit the proper number of targets
- Invisible unit AI adjusted slightly, hopefully behaves a bit closer to normal mobs now.
- Shadow Priest illusions can now life steal with Thirsting Blade
- Warlock's Silence properly disables Sniper's fire ammo
- Cleric's "Bless Soul" and "Murrula's Flame" adjusted to work properly with the new respawn timing.
- Spellbringer Enfeeble no longer ignores spell immunity and is properly dispelled now

- Fixed a bug where players may be perma stunned at the beginning of the match if spawning in late.

- Added Lumber to the game
- Empath's level 8, 9, and 10 can drop bundles of lumber now.
- Buy lumber from the secret shop on the right side of the lane
- Buy items with lumber from the shop on the left side of the lane
- Added a difficulty vote GUI going up to 200% damage and health effectiveness of mobs. Good luck!

- The Give Gold UI now works properly. Use it!
- Negative armor no longer makes creeps immune to auto-attack damage
