- improved accuracy a lot (some of you will not like this, but this is how it is on my other mod and works good)
- removed "m9" pistol and replaced with m1911a1 for now

- fixed russian federation not spawning anything in early conquest (didnt know this was happening, I apologize)

Eventually, soviet union will be removed in conquest due to game engine limitations. I tried to make it so RUF wouldnt spawn anything until day 15, but the game still makes RUF spawn as a faction before then, so for now only conscript soldiers for RUF will spawn for infantry before day 15, as well as soviet era vehicles.
