This should hopefully work faster, as the reduction will now happen only when gaining the thought

Thought duration increase is only applied if the though has negative mood or opinion offset

Significantly expanded the amount of thoughts that are affected by the distressed trait

Changed how the thoughts are initialized
Rather than using DefOf, I've opted to using a list of names that is accessed using DefDatabase.GetNamed()
The list of thoughts grew so big that I've opted to doing it this way, rather than endlessly expanding the DefOf class
Additionally, negative thoughts related to pawn relations are handled using defs referenced through PawnRelationDef, so it should handle all new relations added by other mods

Removed all ThoughtDefs from InternalDefOfs, since they were no longer used
