Notable Changes:

-Reduce research time for most techs
-Countries starting with post-war destroyer hull will have smoke generator by default
-Aviation dawn is the prerequisite for improved carrier hull, it default costs 200 days to research, but 10xp can shorten it to 60-80 days
-Countries with more than 6 battleships will lose 20pp when aviation dawn researched to pay the vested interests in navy and industry
-Buff 1940 carrier's sub techs
-Auxiliary ships can now be converted to escort carriers
-Coastal defense ship can install civilian engine

-Further tune the UI of weapon category selection in ship designer
-Categorize medium/light guns based on their mountings but do more merging to get a cleaner UI
-Add a decision for Austria and Hungary to dig out some imperial ship designs after having dockyards
-Large destroyer tech will provide some organisation for destroyers, and escort destroyer tech will add some efficiency to escorting convoy
-Light, cruiser, heavy ship hull icons for Austria and Hungary
-Add a picture and annotations to naval rework decision category
-Rework the effects of triple medium gun, twin light gun on topviews of cruisers and destroyers

-Add battlecarrier, unlock converted deck space through deck conversion carrier.
-Expanded tech tree for cruiser, carrier and submarine
-A new unit icon for pre-dreadnought
-Lower the Intel strength needed to see other countries' navies
-Carrier can install cruiser armor, rebalance carrier speed and base HP
-Starting carrier design tuned based on armor updates
-Update dismantle cost for heavy guns
-Lower submarine's base surface detection, now it's provided directly by periscope, which offers value instead of percentage.
-Add an event for USN hull code system introduction
-Add 6 new role icons
-Add a pre-check decision&event for behemoth related events, they will show after you confirm that you want to use them
-Tuned the effect of airplane launcher at rear on the topview for BB and SHBB
-Naval radio guiding system has improved computing machine as dependency as well now, to avoid rushing to missiles in early years.
-Now only Germany will have the saying of Panzerschiff, other countries' will be pocket battleship.
