Notable Changes:
-Compatible with NCNS update.
-Rework all naval doctrines.
-Missile techtree is moved to naval armaments category.

Updates:
-Add some description popup banners to naval support technologies.
-Reduce sub detection from airplane launcher modules.
-Remove dependency on ap-bomb of dive bomber tech to avoid reliance on BBA.
-Tune Germany's AI logic to force its invasion of Norway.
-Italy's naval AI will try to gain control over mid-Mediterranean.

-Reduce resorces cost on all ship hulls to a proper level.
-Add rules to unlock expert starting fleets of US, UK, and Japan, for AI.

-Carrier night attack tech is replaced by the new tech.
-Remove gas turbine tech and heavy gas turbine module, light and cruiser gas turbines are unlocked with related coldwar techs.
-Remove escort carrier tech, it will get unlocked by researching 1940 carrier hull.

Notable Changes:
-New Icons: Yamato (1965), Chen Hai, Andrea Doria (1926), Colbert (Missile Refit), Queen Elizabeth (1941)
-New Role: Escort Carrier
-Add decisions to enable expert AI in mid-game.
-Squad size of CV planes on land is reduced to 10 to help AI reinforce its carriers more quickly.
-Rework armor-piercing vs damage array to balance light guns' effects on heavy ships.
-Greatly increase rate of damaged citical parts when critical hits take place.
