Notable Changes:
-Expand armor piercing array with more levels of damage and critical chance based on ratio of piercing vs armor.
-New modules: Ship rocket launcher (only available on auxiliary ships)
-Add modifier "Article XIX" which forbids construction of naval bases and coastal bunkers on Pacific islands.
-Add submarine tonnage and raiding restrictions to Second London Naval Treaty spirits.

-Merge medium heavy gun techs into medium guns.
-Merge anti-air rockets into ship gun tree.
-Escort destroyer tech is advanced to 1937.
-Escort destroyer role has impact on speed now.
-Improved sonar is moved to 1940 destroyer sub-techs.

Notable Changes:
-A new UI for naval lore introduction.
-New modules: Side-port torpedo launcher

Updates:
-Allow one more misc slot on cold war submarine hull.
-Buff all submarine bonuses from naval doctrines.
-Add cannot produce flag check to all types of ship hulls for future development.
-AI can now take digging out imperial designs as Austro-Hungary.
-Change the class of Hertog Hendrik to Koningin Regentes.
-Wooden flight deck now has IC cost when installed.
-Ship hull code introduction events are removed as a tooltip already exists in designer.

Fixes:
-Fixed some AI templates having false tigger.
-Fixed some designs will cause 3D model assets appear as missing.
-Fixed IC cost reduction from technology has no effect.

Notable Changes:
-Rework naval doctrine trees, more branches and immersion.
-Add a game rule to disallow AI to unlock tech automatically, rework AI weight to research naval technologies.

Updates:
-Remove conversion cost of guns, it will simply be dismantle cost of the original one plus cost of the new one, dismantle costs are greatly reduced.
-Greatly reduce HP and armor bonus from cruiser guns to a reasonable range.
-Balance bonus from missile cruiser and large cruiser role module.
-Missiles will have bonus on HP.
-AI buff will only be applied to non-allied major countries.
-Increase battlecarrier hangar debuff on organisation.
-Add HMS Incomparable to British never-built programs.
