**CONTENT**
- Added Annuminas map model
- Additional elven character backgrounds
- New Sauron character background
- New faith icon for corsair faith
- Added more music cues to Realms events
- Additional CoAs for Easterling Northern Kingdoms, Near Harad, Daen, Tedjin, Qadjajar, Nolornieth, Umbar and some Goblin titles
- Rings of power icon rework and addition of remaining dwarven rings art
- More history work around Donan, Annabrith, Caldur, Eradas and Eastern Calenfalas
- New predefined DNA for Elegost, Eomund, Dunhere and Umarth
- Addition of 'Superior Beard' dwarven court event
- Addition of 'Lost in the Caves' and 'An Enticing Gleam' mining activity events

**BALANCE**
- Tweaked AI weightings for Annuminas vassalisation event options
- Made it so canon characters refuse rings on lore-friendly game rules settings
- More appropriate ages of generated characters for races with different lifespans
- Stopped Elrond building so many damned Onager MaA
- Reduced fertility for Dwarves
- Dwarven Duchy buildings
- Switch development growth bonus for Belegost and Nogrod from character to county modifier
- New event for young Dwarves to decide whether to seek a partner in life
- Added Deep and Mallorn forest to triggers for Forest Fighters cultural tradition
- Require same faith alignment to use buy resource interaction
- Lowered the amount of monthly income required for AI to consider colonisation and gave it actual knowledge of costs
- Tweaks to orcish ethnicity appearances
- Added an effect so all members of the haradric Castamirioni house gets transferred to the Castamiri house if they win the event war against Gondor
- Experimenting with Huz Margoz appetite to take Dorwinion decision
- Deprioritising generic music

**BUGFIXES**
- Fixed issue where buildings couldn't be built in dwarven cities and temples
- Fixes issues with pre-v4 dwarven and hobbit DNA with human recessive genes
- Fixed issue where everyone had access to raiding
- Additional eligibility checks for new council during dwarven relocation expedition
- Fixed issue with innappropriate wet nurse ages
- Fixed Stormhost not actually using the Stormhost title
- Added definite form definition to certain mountain titles
- Fixed issue where found Mithril was being shown as found Quartz deposit
- Dwarven duchy buildings now require duchy title to build
- Blocked more random events firing for Wilderness
- Stopped Aragorn marrying Arwen should he stay in Arnor
- Various localisation fixes and typos

**CONTENT**
- Compatibility patch for CK3 v1.11.5 and Couture of the Capets DLC
- Added Hobbit building models
- Added character backgrounds for different title tiers of dwarves
- New icons for the dwarven ring artifacts
- Changes to some character history, particularly for Yellow Mountain Blacklocks, Dusalan and Calenfalas
- Added music cues to numerous events
- Added CoAs for evil-controlled Lothlorien and Lasgalen, East Angmar/Langwell, Anduin Vale and more
- Gave new Maglor his sword, Hyandolírë
- Gave new Durin's Axe and Helm to Balin
- Added a few new Wilderness / Colonisation events
- Added some new random dwarven events by @redarkady and @sakkar_
- Added more variety to Orc ethnicities
- Updated Easterling Swordsmen MaA art

**BALANCE**
- Gave players the option to disable the placeholder Balrog mechanic in Balin's game start event (Plus some extra gold for your suffering!)
- Increased the bonus chance given to find rarer resources via the Rare Finds lifestyle perk
- Added settlement level requirements to resource mine buildings
- Restricted the ability to hold council and court positions to require adult age of given race
- Increased the average age of *most* randomly spawning dwarves of an adult age
- Made 'The Book of Grudges' dwarven event fire less frequently
- Made more lore-important characters safer from harm events
- Made negative health events take into consideration typical 'old age' for different races / blood
- Made dwarven duchy building names a little clearer in their purpose
- Changed up some blockers in the Forodwaith de jure empire area, generally making them less severe
- Made it so that different race's prowess skill begins to lower at different ages
- Made elves naturally despise Forces of Evil religions just a little bit more
- Made dwarves naturally despise Orcish religions just a little bit more
- Made orcs naturally despise Eruhini religions just a little bit more
- A successful Castamiri reconquest will now destroy the Reunited Kingdom title
- Increased priority AI gives to increasing settlement development via Steward task
- Rebalanced Athaircuile, Barrow Downs, Thalion, Argond and Annuminas special buildings
- Reduced the adult education activity cost
- Rings of Power are now treated as normal artifacts if Sauron dies

**BUGFIXES**
- Fixed issue where no new Mithril deposits could spawn, despite what the UI told you
- Fixed an issue where anyone could pick the Khazad legacy tree
- Fixed an bug where you could dismantle an artifact you were planning to steal
- Fixed an issue where Tom Bombadil would give away his Wilderness titles
- Fixed a broken alliance between Cirdan and Elrond in the Good Saruman event chain
- Fixed broken independent ruler count requirements on the Grey Mountain and Misty Mountain decisions for Gundabad
- Made Tatyarin and Nelyarin cultural traditions mutually exclusive to their cultures
- Fixed issue where Elven and Dwarven mechanic intro events weren't firing
- Improved tooltips for high level delving building requirements and restrictions on surface dwarves
- Fixed some broken ship locators around Lindon that let you sail over land
- Fixed an issue where child Eomer had a beard
- Corrected issues with the dimensions of some event backgrounds
- Fixed various instances where age checks were inappropriate for non-human races
- Fixed some issues with Quenya title flavourisation names for Imladris king level-title name
- Fixed one cause of Nazgul death as a Deserting Soldier in an event
- Fixed an issue that was causing Aragorn to desert Arwen at the altar
- Fixed a trigger for declaring war on goblins that had above ground holdings
- Fixed one instance by which parents in Valinor could return to Middle-earth
- Fixed another cause of death by stampede
- Fixed an issue where hobbits would wear orc armour
- Fixed an incorrect texture for the cancel colonisation button
- Fixed issue where certain settlement buildings were unavailable for certain Government types
- Fixed an incorrect faith showing in Madogh's bookmark
- Fixed a missing localisation for the Black Wizard cloak in the Barbershop
- Fixed missing localisations for some orc cultures in Ruler Designer
- Fixed some placeholder mercenary company names
- Fixed placeholder Hillmen MaA descriptions (RIP 'E is on da orse an' in da hills')
- Stopped Bison and Bears appearing in the Shire
