Radio Support Menu Activation UPDATE!

Now activates like GOM's Aircraft Loadout Anywhere mod. Thanks to John Jordan on the Arma 3 server for guiding me on what lines of code to change and delete. Wouldn't have known what to do without their help.

Final Test #9 for working Radio Support Activation of GOMVTA.

It kind of works... Added radio support menu like GOMALA. But I set it to only enable once after it has been used. Further testing and feedback needed by those using in a multiplayer environment.
