<font color='#ff8c00'>Add a newbie protection system: </font>When the difficulty level played by the player is higher than the player's unlocked highest difficulty level, it will be activated for the player. The damage caused by non-attacking monsters to the player will be proportionally reduced based on the difficulty difference, and the damage caused by the player to non-attacking monsters will be proportionally increased based on the difficulty difference.
<font color='#ff8c00'>▮</font>Correct some attribute names from "skill enhancement" to "skill damage". Both are the same attribute, and some inconsistencies in the description are caused by some historical issues.
<font color='#ff8c00'>▮</font>Add the "skill potency" attribute - the percentage of damage caused by skills, used to compensate for the inherent shortcomings of skills. Replace the "skill damage" provided by items and skills in the game with "skill potency".

<font color='#ff8c00'>▮</font>Storm Spirit's Aghanim's Scepter upgrade effect and Crystal upgrade effect are swapped.
<font color='#ff8c00'>▮</font>Storm Spirit's Overload now starts to release on the next attack after Storm Spirit, and each attack within 2 seconds deals damage and slows nearby enemies. Bounce attack now inherits attack effects, damage changed from 75% to 150%, bounce count changed from 2 to 4.

<font color='#ff8c00'>▮</font>Storm Spirit's Reincarnation effect Lightning Power now increases all damage by 10% instead of 15% magic damage.
<font color='#ff8c00'>▮</font>Necrophos' Reaper's Scythe now gains 1% skill potency for each successful kill.
<font color='#ff8c00'>▮</font>Necrophos' Heartstopper Aura now has the effect: Necrophos gains 0.5% maximum health regeneration and 1 point of mana regeneration per second for each successful unit kill (6 times the effect for hero-level units), lasting for 10+2 seconds.

<font color='#ff8c00'>▮</font>Fix the issue where Venomancer's Poison Sting applied repeatedly would prevent damage from being dealt.
