Update to modifier menu, three new custom modifiers, and all the men at arms modifiers.
The new custom modifiers are Space Marines, which makes your men at arms extremely op, immune to schemes, and a contraception modifier that essentially makes your character infertile.

Two new character interactions, end pregnancy, and contraception (to prevent pregnancies). Also updated the impregnate option so you can use it as a female character on a male character to get your own character pregnant.

Known Issue: The make pregnant effect seems to be ignoring the number_of_children option, so currently only 1 child pregnancies seem to be occurring. Couldn't fix this no matter what I tried, so they must have changed something in vanilla.

Added adoption menu to the main cheat window. Allows selecting a primary and secondary parent, as well as a child, from the list of marked characters.

Small adjustment to character spawner to add spawned children / siblings of marked characters to their liege's court if they're not a ruler. This is to prevent them being stuck in limbo.

Small update which adds two new interactions, change succession, and change government. For now, succession is only primogeniture and ultimogeniture, could be expanded in the future.

The change governments options are feudal, clan, and tribal. When you convert to feudal or clan from tribal, it also instantly converts all tribal holdings to castle holdings, and when converting from feudal or clan to tribal, it converts all castle holdings to tribal holdings.

Not sure if that's ideal, or if they should be split into two seperate functions.

    Changes
  • Added a better innovation menu, accessible from the main menu, it looks pretty much identical to the vanilla innovation window, so it should make it easier to pick out innovations.

  • It also lets you easily pick a character from your list of marked characters whose culture you want to change the innovations of.

  • Also fixed another issue with the modifier menu that I'd overlooked, which prevented you from giving modifiers to marked characters.

    To Do
  • Remove the old innovation select options from the present menu. Will leave the quick select options in there, but the parts that are like the new menu will be removed.

Fixed marked character functionality for character presents innovation menu. Previously wasn't working.

Character Interactions

  • Changed adoption to work on anyone who isn't your child, but is younger than your character.
  • Added a remove child interaction, which allows setting one of your characters children to have dummy_characters as their parents.
  • Updated the murder interaction to be like the vanilla debug one, giving three options to decide how the character is killed.
  • Replaced all of the old relation setting interactions with a single set relation interaction. Grabbed the base interaction from vanilla debug, then changed it to allow adding and removing of all relation types. This change has removed limitations on who relations can be set with, allowing you to immediately set someone as your soulmate for example, without needing to set them as lover first, or them needing to be your character's spouse.
  • Removed the limitation on the add concubine interaction that only allowed concubines of the opposite gender.

Present Effects
  • Added a list of negative health modifiers to remove when using the eliminate health problems present.

Character Spawner
  • Fixed an issue with character spawner for child option that was failing to set the parents of the child.

Localizations
  • Added new localizations for set relations character interaction.
