Dealt with an annoying A.I. bug that makes Speer not go down his phase one tree
re-integrated more on the arms trade submod
gives the player a choice on whether or not to repeal the RLSO as Guangdong
A.I. Ibuka will not strengthen Hitachi or repeal the RLSO if the Silicon visionary route is on in CCP during the Matsuzawa stage
note: attempts to re-integrate the buildings from the arms trade mod is still a work in progress due to again the GFX not functioning
note 2. yes I know making and maintaining three different submods of a similar premise will start to get stressful, but I will give the reigns to someone else if necessary

Added more building slots for every building that uses one in focuses, events, and decisions
made the Hati Proxy be less of a pain
Goldwater's decision to issue bonds are no longer used once
modified the Russian development a bit more
note: obviously ODF integration keeps making me nervous every time I look at the map teaser, and I pray it does not cause any problems when dealing with focuses and decisions so there a 50/50 chance it may take a month or more, or do the most extreme option of doing a full reset, something I pray I wont do

note: I have recently been told that I was lying to everyone about this mod. let me be clear: how I describe the submod and the description of the said mod is what it says and any promotion for it has never been under malice nor has it lied about what it is about. furthermore, while I can understand if people think differently when I show people my mod, that does not mean I lied to them as I have explained time and time again what it is about so I must apologize for any confusion on this matter. As for plans for a bridge mechanic, that one was scrapped due to a variety of reasons (both personal and coding) so again I have to apologize for that matter, I am truly sorry I cannot deliver on that promise. one last thing as many of you know there will soon be an update on the Operation Deep Freeze intergration in the future so if this mod is not updated for a few months, so please be patient for it.

increased the amount of equipment to not only allow you to sell, but also to last longer in wars
ideas that were not extended are now extended
the tree for the Großafrikanischer Reichstaat has returned now with with more pain and devastation (no, I did not add that one submod I just removed the mutually exclusives)
note: still trying to figure out why the building function refusing to work and have tried multiple ways to do so however if anyone know how to fix it let me know
