Reparsed and reprocessed the scenario and section books.
A few scenarios got updated in the process.

- Fixed auto layout of scenario 52
- Show buildings available for construction on the outpost mat (based on the buildings deck)
- Automatically buildings available for construction to the map
- Added more delay when removing a character mat before it gets automatically removed in the assistant to let players flip the mats.

Re-applied previous release changes :
- Animated scenario layout
- Progressive game loads (longer but will freeze less)
- Rewrote the enhancer card detection
- Use yellow standee numbers for elite monsters
- Fix Hound spawn in scenario 0
- Fix moving ability card with key binding from table
- Enhancer fixes (Twin strike)
