  • Updated the 1 week grace period at game start for setting GGGG-added mobilization options to be based on a timed variable set via script instead of a hardcoded date check
  • Adjusted AI weights for rations & guns MOs
    • AI should be more inclined to upgrade their guns and keep them upgraded
    • AI is no longer able to use the foraging option (I couldn't figure out how to get them to use it sparingly)
  • Tweaked wording in some of the gun MOs
  • Cloned English localization to all languages (aside from Russian)
  • Re-exporting MO icons to improve file sizes
  • For modders: filled in the "id" field

Please note that as of Vic3 1.7.3, unit modifiers (e.g., offense, defense) from mobilization options are broken. Devs are already aware of this so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

  • Tweaked the Uniforms mobilization options
    • Full Dress now demands normal Clothes instead of Luxury Clothes, solving an unintended problem where mid-game wars would become more expensive than intended, as well as fixing some AI decision-making behaviors
    • Full Dress no longer has a Recovery Rate malus
    • Simple Garb no longer demands anything, but has inherited the -10% Recovery Rate malus from Full Dress
    • Helmets & Drab now requires Full Dress to be active instead of being mutually exclusive with it
  • Renamed some mobilization options
    • "Melee Weapons" has returned to "Primitive Weapons"
    • "Basic Garb" returns to "Traditional Garb"
    • "Full Dress" is now "Standard Dress"

  • Light & capital ships are now upgradeable; Frigates & Man-o-Wars have not been edited to maintain compatibility
    • Frigates cannot be upgraded to Scout Cruisers directly, but they may be upgraded to any other type first before turning into Scout Cruisers.
    • Man-o-Wars similarly cannot be upgraded past Ironclads directly; they must be upgraded to Ironclads first before being able to upgrade to Battleships.

  • Updated for Vic3 1.5+
  • All guns, rations, and uniforms PMs have been converted into mobilization options.
    • Navies no longer have rations or uniforms due to technical limitations.
    • Guns PMs have been changed to loosely inspired by the HoI4 designer system where the options no longer represent whole gun designs, but rather specific features of firearms, allowing users to "upgrade" their guns over time by selecting new features to add or remove.
    • No Uniforms PM is removed and has no mobilization option equivalent.
  • Vanilla Supplies mobilization options are tweaked.
    • No longer adds grain, groceries, meat, or wine inputs, as most of them are now handled by 4G's rations options.
    • Wine has been turned into a Supplement.
  • Mobilization tab in the military panel is changed to fit 4G's larger mobilization option groups.
  • Most (potentially all) stats have been tweaked.
  • Rations event options to develop the can opener for half price now indicate that the Can-Do Attitude event will not fire for the country.
  • Modders: Script values have been renamed and some have been removed. If you relied on any script values from 4G, please update your mods.
