Gun PM Buffs
• Offense + Defense stats have been doubled (5, 10, 15, 20 -> 10, 20, 30, 40)
• Repeaters & Bolt Actions kill rates increased to 12 and 15%, respectively, to better simulate the jump in firing rate these inventions had historically

Misc.
• Fixed PM icons overflowing in the Military screen
• Fixed "Flotillas" not printing out in the Navy tab in the Military screen (apparently a vanilla bug?)
