- Added UI for game setup which allows to choose teams, modes and various constants (currently Start Gold, Gold per Round, Gold per Kill, Gold per Win)
- Added custom team support (health bars now display a team color instead of just using dire and radiant for red and green), this fixes various bugs such as kills showing as denies
- Added custom loading screen (Drawing by BigGreenPepper)
- Removed old game setup UI

Known bugs:
- Reconnecting and disconnecting sometimes does not work correctly
- In setup teams are currently not networked from server to client so only the host sees the correct teams in the setup
- Sometimes team spawns are incorrect (ie. 2 teams spawn on the same spot)
