Fixed a glitch where players would not be allocated to a team on the GUI.

Added initial version of bot support, select custom_bot and bots will fill any empty slots -- if this goes well, bots may replace players who leave.

Fixed some minor glitches such as respawn timer option, made each stage more obvious.

Implemented a option (the default) which groups abilities that belong to the same hero together, hopefully making it much easier to find abilities, this option can be toggled off on the left panel

- Fixed Juxapose, meepo ulty, etc
- Added some builds to counter the tank recommended builds
- Added a message so it's more obvious when you are the host!
- General bug fixes, check teh change logs, GOSH!

Hopefully more stability :D

Switched precaching to be more performce heavy, which will remove around 6 seconds from the review phase :)
