Option selection now only lasts 45 seconds unless you do a custom match

Fixed multicast, added a waiting message while server precaches.

Switched to an async caching system that should fix the crashing issues once and for all!

The entire GUI has been factored and built from the ground up! The list of changes is simply huge! As with huge updates, expect some bugs -- The sooner they are reported to me, the sooner I can fix them!

Highlights:
- Interface rebuilt in Panorama, removing most of the old scaleform UI
- New option selection interface
- New hero builder interface
- Added lots of options that were requested
- Removed lots of annoying, terrible options
- Started to implement balance changes to abilities to make them more fun
- Vastly improved Mirror Draft and All Random modes
- Added seperate maps for each gamemode, so you will have a good idea of what your lobby will be playing
- Added the ability to select your heroes primary attribute
- Implemented full stat tracking
- Added a recommended heroes section (this will be built out and vastly improved once stats start to roll in)

There is more to come, but, this update is finally at a stage where people can start testing it, hopefully there are no major issues :)

Fixed a few crashing combos

- You can now add upto 999 points into attribute bonus, so you will no longer have a ton of extra points
- Fixed various troll combos
- Int steal is no longer tied to silencer, it is tied to the glaves of wisdom, so, you can ban that skill
- Closed around 60 issues on the repo, probably fixed other things, I forget :(
