Removed the all_random and mirror_draft maps
Added a new map all_pick_fast
When all_pick and all_pick_fast are selected, there will be option voting instead of host option selection

Enabled bots again, hopefully more stable this time around. Play on custom_bot to try them out, just hit "Start Match" when you have all the people you want to play with (or solo)
