Various Bug Fixes
Added a new option to modify the amount of gold you get each interval
Added an option to multiply the amount of gold you get from creeps / heroes / roshan
Added an option to multiply the amount of EXP you get from creeps / heroes / roshan
Updated the respawn options to allow for much better customization

Added initial support for 10 VS 10 with bots
Added an option to change the number of bots on each team (1 - 10), one option per team
