Another attempt to fix issues, sigh

- Improved Stability? (I hope -- let me know in the comments!)
- Added techies (although, I imagine he will have a lot of issues if you try to play him with 12 slots mode :/)
- Added two new neutral passives

The new UI is progressing, trying to work on it as much as I can today and tomorrow ;)

- Disabled some debug stuff that wasn't meant to be on
- Made it so you wont need to reconnect to see your skills properly

- Fixed ERROR model when having more than 3 towers
- Removed multicast for moonshards
- Implemented a feature to give less gold to teams with more players (hopefully making it more even for teams with leavers)
- Started to work on LoD again :)

- Changed riki perma invis to the OP category of skills
- Removed invoker's deafening blast until it can be fixed
- Nyx burrow OP combos were added as troll combos
- REMOVED multiplier related modes, and level 1 ults mode (This is for stability reasons, and that they are generally broken)
- Banned quilspray and witchcraft (It's about time this OP beast was banned)
- Moved multicast to the OP skills category, meaning, it won't be selectable by default
- Improvements when spawning into the game ;)

The new UI is getting closer to completation, although progress is slow, took a short break from this mod, hoping to get inspiration to work on it a lot more in the coming weeks :)

Banned borrowed time combos.
Changed divided we stand to an OP Ability (enable it via the option)
Changed rearm to be an OP Ability (enable it via the option)
No fountain camping defaults to ON now

- Added a unique Heroes option
- Witchcraft will now refund the amount of mana it says (note: If you don't have enough mana to cast teh spell, this won't override it, it simply refunds mana!)

Banning time now will only last UPTO 90 seconds. Once someone has locked their skillls during picking time, they can not unlock them. The picking time can be extended by upto 2 minutes, 1 minute per team. The default picking time is now 2 minutes.

Banned nyx burrow + aftershock and other OP skills :)

Fixed language issues.
