Additions:

Fixes:
-Permafrost modifiers are now correctly removed when feudalizing a holding, converting a settlement into a feudal holding, or converting ruins into a feudal holding
-Colony counts and modifiers will now properly update when gaining or losing settlement titles
-Randomly created feudal buildings on feudalization will no longer include dragonpens
-Rulers will no longer start diminishment wars against other rulers within the same realm
-Fixed issues that could cause Night's Watch wanderers upon First Ranger succession

Additions:
-Child defenestration added
-Wilderness and Colonization mechanics (Thank you to Realms in Exile!)
-Disfigurement mechanics allowing characters to develop different deformities and choose to wear or not wear appropriate masks
-Goodparent and Goodchild relationships added
-AI may now challenge betrothals at adulthood if their dynasty member becomes a ruler, heir, or apparent heir, and the lineality is against them
-Mocking a family member's disputed heritage can now cause a rivalry during a family feast

Fixes:
-Armor portrait modifiers from wearing armor artifacts will now only be applied when characters would normally wear armor
-Night's Watch cannot be made a tribute by war
-Night's Watch cannot start or join a confederation
-Characters allowed to commit sibling incest via Doctrine of Exceptionalism will no longer be blackmailed into divorcing due to sharing a wet nurse
-If Aerys destroys King's Landing, Elia will only die if she was present in the city before the explosion
-Fixed issue where not all eligible family members (same faith courtiers) would convert when creating a new faith via decision
-Fixed edge case where pitted dragons could still go wild upon death
-Lord Commander of the Kingsguard will retain their title and appropriate form of address after death

-Translation events cannot spawn female maesters
-Historical characters with unassigned courts will not inappropriately be assigned a maester trait if they spawn in the Citadel court at game start
-Starting small councilors will start with the correct vassal contract option
-Rulers invited to become small councilors during the game will get the Councilor special contract instead of Palatinate
-The Citadel is no longer a hive of villainy and children educated there will have a normal trait distribution.
-After hosting a tournament, foreign court guests will return home
-In Shattered Realm rules, admin rulers will be assigned appropriate governments if admin would no longer be valid
-In Shattered Realm, invalid noble family titles are destroyed

This is for Jocelyn and Aemon.)
-Dynastic CoA’s now always update for titles lacking a historical title CoA
-AI will no longer petition for the kingdom title associated with the de jure capital of an empire
-Body hair gene is now visible in the Ruler Designer (Jonos. This is for Jonos.)

-Disabled a vanilla event that incorrectly applied partition succession to the decision-maker rather than the vassal
-Characters with clergy traits will no longer participate in combat unless their faith or culture explicitly allows it
-Pregnant AI characters are now barred from serving as knights or commanders
-Characters with the tomboy flag may now fight if they have at least level 2 prowess education
-Player-only bonus for enforcing sibling LAAMP’s on succession has been disabled
-Sibling LAAMP’s will now only trigger if the sibling has a poor relationship with the ruler or possesses traits encouraging independence

Fixes:
-Dany's dragons now have the correct DNA when spawned through the canon dragon system
-Fixed description for the Ashford POI in the Shadows of Ashford bookmark
-Fixed incest rules so if doing super incest, the Doctrine of Exceptionalism will not let you marry your mother because she is also your sister (this is the worst changelog note we have ever added)
-Fixed incest rules so that characters covered by Doctrine of Exceptionalism can marry characters allowed by the incest rules for their faith, even if not covered by Doctrine of Exceptionalism themselves
-Tomboy child event will now only appear for players if the relevant child relative is actually in the player's court
-Wild dragons that can appear after a failed Summerhall wildfire event will now have their parents set correctly
-Fixed incorrect terrain advantage value for the Chasing the Sunset tradition
-Corrected Viserion's rider history
-Fixed an issue where a random unlanded ruler at game start would spawn with full dragonblood

-Canon Dragons "Enabled with Canon Traits" option added that will allow dragons to develop their canon personality traits
-Knighting Trees; accessible through a button on the top right of the character window, histories are still early so knights with no squires or specified dubber may not have the button appear
-Regrow/Cut Down the Weirwoods of High Heart decisions available depending on faith/current special building of High Heart
