Changes:
-Updated historical throne artifact management to ensure they more consistently stay with the holder of the county of the associated throne room
-When diverging from the Faith of the Old and New Faith, players can keep the Weirwoods tenet
-Regional cultural traditions are only visible when you are in the correct region
-Tweaks to AI behavior around founding banks and buying shares

Fixes:
-Redwynes can no longer take the select dynastic nickname trigger while having existing dynastic nicknames
-Disabled option in travel event to hire a character as a physician for characters that use maesters
-Removed option to romance yourself if your dragon killed your rival in battle. We at AGOT are staunchly against self-love.
-Uninteractable government types will not offer LAAMP contracts
-Fixed Holy Bonds tenet to correctly allow high martial/prowess women to serve in armies
-Fix for an issue when creating a custom ruler with both Dragon Rider and Valyrian Steel when choosing the egg option
-GUI fixes

Changes:
-When the Iron Throne is dissolved, all de jure kingdoms are reassigned to be their individual empires
-Updated name lists for several cultures
-Buy Shares decision shows up when unavailable with a tooltip explanation that when banks reserves are high enough they aren't accepting investments
-Night's Watch can't host egg hatching ceremonies
-Activity guest lists standardized to not invite cultural or governmentally inappropriate guests
-Secret Royal Bastards whose heritage is revealed when they already have children who inherited their house will automatically create a bastard cadet
-Rulers of the Iron Throne have easier requirements for taking the Create Cadet decision
-History Updates

Fixes:
-Fixed issues preventing certain dragon genes from showing up correctly in portraits after death
-Fix for non-Iron Bank director elections in multiplayer being impossible to affect
-Settlement holdings are considered valid for missing vanilla governments
-Wilderness holder character will not be treated as human for certain interactions
-Family feast event where characters can duel to death will apply kinslayer trait when appropriate

-Made the Crownlands and Dragonstone de jure part of the Blackwater Bay empire in Shattered World
-Travel events will not fire in uninteractable realms to prevent inappropriate characters from being created

-If Coronations DLC is enabled, AGOT Coronations are disabled

-Coronation activity is under standard activities, not grand activities

-Shattered Realms Kingdoms game rule will still have county-tier vassals assigned to their historical duchy liege
-First Ranger title will be recreated by assigning someone to the council position if it does not already exist
-Free City vassal gender laws are now determined by individual ruler religious doctrine, not the top liege

-A wider variety of AGOT clothing will appear dynamically on characters

Fixes:
-Permafrost modifiers are now correctly removed when feudalizing a holding, converting a settlement into a feudal holding, or converting ruins into a feudal holding
-Colony counts and modifiers will now properly update when gaining or losing settlement titles
-Randomly created feudal buildings on feudalization will no longer include dragonpens
-Rulers will no longer start diminishment wars against other rulers within the same realm
-Fixed issues that could cause Night's Watch wanderers upon First Ranger succession

-Armor portrait modifiers from wearing armor artifacts will now only be applied when characters would normally wear armor
-Night's Watch cannot be made a tribute by war
-Night's Watch cannot start or join a confederation
-Characters allowed to commit sibling incest via Doctrine of Exceptionalism will no longer be blackmailed into divorcing due to sharing a wet nurse
-If Aerys destroys King's Landing, Elia will only die if she was present in the city before the explosion
-Fixed issue where not all eligible family members (same faith courtiers) would convert when creating a new faith via decision
-Fixed edge case where pitted dragons could still go wild upon death
-Lord Commander of the Kingsguard will retain their title and appropriate form of address after death
-Guests and courtiers will no longer visit uninteractable rulers
-Dragon Hatching Activity will now use the correct guest join modifiers

-Players cannot use the faith tooltips in faith creation decisions to convert to the faith without taking the decision
-Translation events cannot spawn female maesters
-Historical characters with unassigned courts will not inappropriately be assigned a maester trait if they spawn in the Citadel court at game start
-Starting small councilors will start with the correct vassal contract option
-Rulers invited to become small councilors during the game will get the Councilor special contract instead of Palatinate
-The Citadel is no longer a hive of villainy and children educated there will have a normal trait distribution.
-After hosting a tournament, foreign court guests will return home
-In Shattered Realm rules, admin rulers will be assigned appropriate governments if admin would no longer be valid
-In Shattered Realm, invalid noble family titles are destroyed
-In Shattered Realm even county rules, rulers will correctly only hold one county
