New features and changes in version 1.1:
- On war declaration (Germany -> Any Soviet Republic) the USSR unites as country and disunites after Germany gets capitulated
- The Ukranian SSR now cores Bucovina after Romania surrenders it
- Added Medium and Small versions of the SSRs' flags
- Added starting divisions and templates for most of the SSRs
