-- Fixed Ostankya's start, the lord she needs to start her quests starts at her new capital

Updated for Patch 4.0.

- Fixed small table incompat introduced with 4.0.

- Moved Ostankya to Scarpels lair, starts at war with Clan Gritus
-- Ostankya is an antilore charecter who was placed in Naggarond so a Kislev faction could fight WH2 races. But instead of placing her in the middle of the action and interrupting the main story plot of High Elf v Dark Elf, she is off the side with the other antilore factions, like Khatep and Grimbindol (The White Dwarf). Additionally, the left side of the map is packed with resources, which her faction is designed around.

- Moved Changeling to Lustria, starts at war with minor dwarf clan
-- Not only did Lustria need more demonic presence, but it was also getting crowded especially with the addition of The Jade Custodians. Jade Custodians definately belong in Lustria and is well designed, however it pushes Lustria heavily towards Ordertide. Moving Changeling to Lustria helps keep Order/Chaos balanced, and solves the lack of demonic presence in Lustria (by lore, there is a significant demonic component to the jungles) which the minor factions provided very little of.

- Moved Belegar to start at his capital, Karak Izor.
-- Not once since WH3's release have I seen AI Belegor win the race to Karak Eight Peaks. In vanilla he starts furthest and with the worst settlement. By moving him to his capital, he gains fast access to a powerful landmark and can start pumping out huge miner armies to push into the badlands (hopefully). This change does make human controlled Belegor easier, but a human controlled Belegar stomps no matter where you place him. This is done for AI Belegar.

- Moved Mannfred to Deff Gorge.
-- Mannfred at Naghizar was okay, but not entirely loreful. Now that proper Nagash mods are out, I've moved Manfred to Deff Gorge next to the Pillar of Bone and ruins of the Mordheim vampire empire, which is far more loreful. Additionally, CA will probably add Nagash to the game someday, so this move also anticipates that.

- Moved Thunderguts to Granite Massif
-- Minor ogre faction who was at Deff Gorge, Thunderguts (who by lore go into the Southlands) is now at what was formely a ruins, serving as a buffer between several factions hostile to each other (Greenskins/Dwarves/Lizards/Tomb Kings).

Purpa Drink Update:

-- Malus starts at Tower of the Stars, at war with Tor Elasor. With new changes to Druchii ports, Malus is very scary with a triple port-province. He has diplomatic contact with both Teclis and Imrik, making all of their campaigns very difficult.
--- Restored Malus' defensive pact with Malekith. Breaking it caused more problems than it fixed. In base game, it is a military alliance, so at least I could easily lower to defensive pact with scripts.
-- Blood Hall Coven starts at Temple Avenue of Gold, at war with Clan Morbidius, trade pact with Morathi (lore)

-- Sudenberg makes comeback as ruler of Pigbarter, which according to lore is ruled by humans. Sudenberg was last unused human faction left in base game files, so I put him there!
--- Pigbarter actually comes with a landmark just for humans that gives +200 income, +50 Greenskins relations, and +5% trade tarrifs. Added an extra +50 to Ogre Kingdoms, so Pigbarter is both friendly with Greenskins and Ogres, just like in lore.

-- Bloodmaw tribe moved to Shambletown

-- Other bigfixes related to scripts and compatibility
