- Added hull breach detection for lua users. This means active sonar can only damage players inside the submarine if the following conditions are met:
• There is at least a mild breach in the external hull.
• The water level in the breached room is level with the breach.
• At least 70% of the player's body is submerged.
• There is a direct path from the player to the breach. Paths include open doors, duct blocks, hatches, and other hull breaches.
• If the breach is above the player, the rooms the path runs through must be at least half filled with water.
Note: This method of detection isn't perfect, but it works as expected the majority of the time. Requires server-side and client-side lua for use in multiplayer.

- Made ping sounds play 100% consistently at the cost of occasionally breaking rhythm when moving between distances.
- Greatly improved affliction performance.
- Added a volume slider for tinnitus sounds.
- Added a volume slider for sonar impact distortion sounds.
- AI crewmates will no longer waste medical supplies to treat acoustic trauma and nerve damage and wait longer before treating more severe afflictions.

- Added a client-side menu to adjust the volume for each type of sonar ping. This menu can be found in the pause menu in-game. Note: This feature requires the user to have client-side lua installed.

- Integrated support with Neurotrauma organ transplants and amputations while maintaining full support with vanilla.
- Reduced the priority of AI to use Manna Extract and Smart Grafts on non-sonar related injuries.
- Removed the small amount of organ damage from active sonar.
- Made brain hemorrhage progression and curing visually smoother.
- Optimized affliction performance.
- Lowered active sonar volume. :)

- Fixed psychosis and inverted controls not being removed after curing a brain hemorrhage with cortizide.
- Disabled the ability to heal side effects at outpost doctors and rebalanced the cost of treating the primary afflictions.
- Fixed a bug preventing acoustic trauma from being fully cured at outpost doctors.
- Added death descriptions for Manna overdose and Acoustic trauma.
- Rhabdomyolysis now takes 45-60 seconds longer to start developing.
- Lowered active sonar volume.
