Fixed wreckages in the latest version of the game. Previously for some reason they turned almost pure white. Now they should look okay.
Had to remake Honshu and Tokyo from scratch because my old blender files didnt work with the new converter. Because of this Tokyo got slightly different hardpoints.
Added a few more vertexes around the drone hatch fo the Osaka. Still looks boxy, but shouldn't cut your hand on contact anymore. Might change it more later.

Updated loadouts.xml to account for Timelines DLC. Set all large turrets tags to match.

added highpower terranonly tags to lower left turret. If VRO is installed you should be able to install the PSG there (the turret that uses Homeworld: DoK railgun sfx). VRO removes the missile tag so you cant put missiles on the lower right turret

unbogus Tokyo's docking bay, much room left to improve the collision but at least now the NPCs should be able to dock and undock without issue
