Fix: Changed the baby graphic to real baby, instead of thin

Tweaks: Some fixes and QoL improvements, courtesy of NemuruYama:
Child will now be born with correct xenotype if parent uses a custom xenotype (Used to be that it would make them a baseliner)
Saplingbirth child will have the BabyBirth letter
Added debug gizmo to hatch child instantly
Added some debug gizmos to skip days of hatching
Added a debug action to create a sapling
Made TicksToBirth and TicksToCheckGraphic constants
Child will now be born with the same last name as mother
