Update on 12/17/2023 4:35:33 PM.

Fixed an issue with Hediffs applied to bodyparts. If two genes existed which tried to apply the same hediffs to the same parts (and one was disabled) the disabled one would keep removing the hediffs added by the enabled one. Very dumb oversight which I had just forgotten to check specifically for bodyparts.

Also added some cleanup code so any hediff applied to a non-existing bodypart will be removed.

Mostly a big pile of minor features/improvements like characters with "No Blood" no longer being acceptable targets for extracting hemogen. Better coverage for the genes that stop equipping certain apparel, etc.

Fixed a performance issue with the Drunken Fighter gene where it wasn't using the cache and used up more TPS than needed.

Fixed a potential error if a gene tried to add hediffs to parts that existed but not of the expected count (e.g. a race with only one arm). The error didn't really do much though, since it did add the hediff to the parts there. Still exceptions bad.
