Update for 1.6

Small balancing pass for all 3 atomizers.

The standard and small atomizers felt underwhelming. I found myself mostly just grinding to get the largest variant every time in my own playthroughs and practically ignoring the rest. The goal of this mod is to make each option viable for different colony sizes and needs, not purely "this one is bigger, so it's better". So I made some slight changes in each atomizer's attributes:

- The small atomizer now uses a little more power (1000W instead of 800W), and can maintain up to 4 small mechs (or even one giant mech (e.g. War Queen) by itself.

- The standard atomizer now also consumes a small amount more power (700W from 600W), but now can handle 9 small mechs instead of just 7

- The large atomizer now consumes less power (3000W instead of 4200W) as well as can now handle up to 22 small mechs instead of 20.

These slight changes will hopefully let the smaller atomizers prove a little more useful while the large atomizer still reigns as the most effective if you have the resources.

Small update to remove forced load order restrictions and instead just give a warning about dependencies.
Otherwise, it rearranges your load order each time the game loads even if already in an acceptable order.

  • New textures for the small and large atomizer variants
  • Discovered that the standard wastepack atomizer's East and West textures were actually backwards. This bled through to the other variants and so the interaction spots were in the wrong location. This is now fixed, but it will likely affect anyone who had one of the variants built already. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Added two new variants to the wastepack atomizer to provide more disposal options across the mid to late game stages.
