SNICKERS UPDATE

- RecoilAutoControl now receives time warp
- RT scopes rotate in lean
- Rounded stats
- Add anim.DropMagAt
- Properly report attachments with errors in them
- Add SWEP.ThrowOnGround
- Fix to indoor layer sound channel
- Add SWEP.InstantSprintIdle and SWEP.InstantSightIdle
- Added 2D backup hints HUD, just in case you have the main one disabled.
- Add option to disable hints entirely
- Add Hook_BlockTPIK
- Sprint idle behavior in nearwall is better
- Improve nearwall behavior
- Added camera bobbing
- Anchor back button in customization menu
- Add horizontal scroll bar to menus with lots of attachments
- Scroll persists when exiting customization

npcs default holdtype - no longer tpose!!!!
