Fix to weapon sway
Bokeh no longer draws even when not visible, improving performance BY A LOT (thank you darsu for noticing this)

- Settings menu is wider now to give more room for description text.
- Added setting to never play "ready" animations.
- Added Favorites feature, allowing you to favorite attachments to find them more easily.
- Remove a bunch of unnecessary particle FX
- ZH-CN localization
- Dash instead of plus on attachment icons when customization is disabled
- Discord button now works
- Customization rotation looks better now

- Damage scaling is now smooth and curve-based rather than linear.
- Support added for custom damage scaling functions.
- Support added for damage lookup tables.
- SWEP creators can revert to the old behaviour by setting SWEP.CurvedDamageScaling = false on their weapons.
- Autolean can now be disabled properly.
- Preset randomization works now.
- NPC randomization works now.
- NPC/Ground weapon replacement is now independent of one another.
