A ton of fixes for the Sino-Japanese war. The list is as follows:
CHI now gets events for capturing generals of all warlords (previously only select few had this event).
PGR no longer turns into a colonial empire (yes, I couldn't believe it myself when I saw all its states turned into colonies instead of cores) after any of its states get captured.
PRC can now integrate SHX (since CHI cannot, plus it'd get transferred to PRC on capitulation anyway).

Adjusted independence decisions (overall buff, nerfed BEL).

Added new country tags for the Soviet republics (will be used in the future).

Possible fix for rare cases of Chinese states not joining the United Front.

Added 3 new RKs (Don-Wolga, Kaukasien and Turkestan), adjusted the other RKs' borders to match the added ones and possible territorial gains for Romania (Odessa and environs).
Fixed SIK and UKR appearing many many times in the country buffs menu.

Re-added the BEL AI strategy.
Removed JAP AI division factor want bonus (it wasn't working as intended, read: wasn't working at all).
Added 3 new RKs in the Soviet Union. Will need fine-tuning probably.

GER can't declare on YUG if the coup didn't happen yet.
Re-added some AI strategies, simplified others, removed BEL (accidentially, but it wasn't all that important IMO). (this WILL crash your save games, sorry)
New country groups/countries in AI buffs menu.
Some WIP decisions, commented out for now.

Removed JAP AI strategy for invading CHI (seems unneeded now that the AI can properly invade specific states, plus it was leading to its fronts collapsing quickly early on).
Merged ITA AI strategy for garrisoning ALB into the war with GRE strategy (since it wasn't doing anything anyway).

Lowered JAP AI's division wants by 5%, increased FRA's surrender limit by 0%.
