Patch Notes:

Reduced "ARMOR_VS_AVG" define from 0.25 to 0.15. This define is how armor meme/space marines work. Reducing this does also effectively reduce armor overall, so im considering nerfing piercing as well, but its not very important atm.

Changed Starting Production line to having 1 on trains and 6 on guns, as well as having convoys that are lined up such that when they are done producing them, you will have completed the focus giving you xp to design ships.

Fixed Montgomery and Charles de Gaulle Portraits.

Increased construction cost for special facilities from 2000 to 4000. (Building additional are cheaper in return).

Army Morale Chief of Army now also gives org regain.

Increased general level required for each level of advisor from (2,4,6) to (3,5,7)

Decreased cost of changing manpower law from 100 to 75.

Increased cost of electronics concern from 50 to 60.

Small updates to various army spirits (under officer corps) to slightly better match vanilla.

Fixed Amtrac idea for the marine doctrine.

Decreased overall decryption speed.

Changed Marine soft attack to Marine Attack in the Marine doctrine (the modifier previously didnt work).

Increased cost and visibility of submarines (they were apparently cheaper than vanilla?).

Added/Changed some military high command so that each faction gets more equal picks (still not 100% equal, and some do cost 100pp for some reason).



Land Doctrine

Mobile Warfare:
Mass Motorization - 5 Org has been moved from Mot/Mech to Inf/Mot, +2% Reinforce Rate
Armored Spearhead - Motorized, Mech and Amtrac battalions cost 5 less equipment.
Schwerpunkt - Added +5% frontline attack

Superior Firepower:
Airland Battle - Changed Tactic from Breakthrough to Tactical Withdrawal

Mass Assault:
Breakthrough Priority - Increased breakthrough on Inf/Mot from +10% to +20%


Guerilla Tactics Attack and Defense Penalty Increased from -40% to -45%



Faction Changes

There are WAY to many changes to list here, but i will list some of the most notable ones:

- Changed Naval Hierarchy, should be more logical order of whos navy is strongest

- Added Commando Advisors to many more factions that use special forces

- Added Descriptions to show that certain focuses can upgrade tanks used in a certain spawn-in

- Moved around order on some focuses such that they would better fit the pace/playing style of the faction

- Special Forces Attack is generally more specified to the type used in the faction

- Made enough changes such that every faction is now perfectly balanced... surely...

Added traits to some of their generals

Increased Equipment from 150 to 200 ISU-152 TDs

3rd Shock Army
Reduced "Arm Local Milita" Spawn-ins from 10 to 8
