Droping Kharial fighter HP to ~13k and Boss to ~57k.
Added a meme joke skirt. This is a skirt tht you can take off and transfrom into a magic circle (counts as a chalk circle) and place on the ground.
(except the cloth physics for the male vversion is broken and crashes the client, so is disabled, and it looks very cursed if worn, but maybe less so than just marking it as female only)

Recompile with the Kharial Boss NPC spawn now tied to something other than default unarmed naked fighter (someone forgot to save a table). Note: The Kharial NPCs are scaled for a highly modified server and would be grotesquely unfair to inflict on players at a normal power level.
More wrestling with a wrabbit that stubbornly refuses to attack. But might now do so.
Also, recompile for new devkit.

Kharial tweeking. Reduced the XP given on kill from 90M to around 35k. Damage set to 2/3rds of what it was, and HP adjusted to around 40k
Shrunk the mesh on the heat sink, and added a new bigger one that covers more area and cools things a little bit more. The existing one was too small for it's intended purpose.

Nerfed the focused battering ram. Now is basically the same as the vanilla one, but does slightly more damage to doors, but a lot less to other structures.
Although I had tested and placed the room cooler (now called heat sink) and then had a devkit crash before saving the item table without realising it. So I've added the item back in, referencing the same saved blueprint.
Remembered to add the last 2 factions I made for Xevyr's purge into the weighted spawn table they need to be in to show in said purge mod.

More Experimental Corpse work
Added a new spawnable NPC (eg for map makers or Xevyr's purge mod etc) Kharial_Fighter
Add an admin spawn only reverse fireplace "Room Chiller" that should drop the temperature of areas rather than increase.
Add a requested warpaint - Arestiel Sigil
More probably useless flailing at rabbits

Extended the sleepy cripple effect from cannabis to cover the new longer duration of the buff.
Increased the bonus slightly, and added a small corruption cleansing effect to both Hash and Cannabis
Fix weirdmaterial on Stygian Lace top.

Increase the heat slightly from the hand held radium torch.
Add recipes and icons for the newly introduced lace versions of base game tops.
Update (halve) stamina costs of all weapons

made Hashish last longer. I always intended it to have a longer duration than Cannibis, and just forgot to tweak the decay rate.
Made the High "buff" last longer
Probably useless flailing at the blueprints for belt radium lights to get them to work properly on servers (they work in SP)
Added heat sources to the placeable radium light sources.... Add a heat source to the held radium torch as well, but am not clear on which numbers to use and it's untestable in the devkit
Removed the leg meshes from accessory split skirts instead of just making them transparent
Added some simple lace tops.
Rerecompile for new devkit
