Made the "Deteriorating Titan" 'Fixable'. If you apply Archite Metabolism to the titan it will supress its "Corrupted Xenogenes" trait. This should give you enough gene points to afford getting other stuff to override its terrible genes.

Added Deteriorating Titan. Fixed some labels. Rebalanced a few genes slightly, mostly buffing a few under-performers.
