Added a new category of settings Shambler Settings for the Anomaly DLC.

Shambler Settings
Lethal Shambler Infections
- Changes Shambler infections from Alpha Genes and Ushankas Biological Warfare to be lethal. These infections can no longer be tended and the natural immunity gain is non-existent.
Shamblers Aggro Further
- Changes the Shambler Acquire Aggro Radius from 20 to 50 and the Keep Aggro Radius from 30 to 60. This causes Shamblers to seek out targets much further than before.
Shamblers Wander Further
- Changes the Shambler wander radius from 5 to the maximum 12. This causes Shamblers to wander and spread out more instead of idling near the map edge.

Less Desirable Long Term Food
- Added support for Big and Small Large Package Survival Meals.
- Added support for Ancient Urban ruins packaged and canned food items.

Roles Don't Require Memes
- Fixed an issue with the patch file. I was testing a new tweak at one stage and this resulted in an unfinished test file being put in its place which I apparently forgot about. The idea was to make any meme or precept available without conflict but that turned out to be a colossal pain to do so I dropped the idea.

- Renamed Skipshield Allows Outgoing Projectiles to Shield Psycasts Allow Outgoing Projectiles so its more generalized. Also added support for the Shrineshield psycast.
- Changed the text for tkey FSFTweaksPsycastTweaksSkipshield.

- Updated the text for tkey FSFTweaksMoreQuestsDesc to mention quests require a minimum wealth threshold to trigger.

Foods Are Safe
- Changed the patch for RawTasty to use XML Extensions AddorReplace.
- Replaced the specific patches for Insect Jelly and Alpha Animals Black Insect Jelly with a new AddorReplace patch that checks for Gluttonous Recreation and if the item uses OrganicProductBase which is where Food Poisoning is inherited from. This should make it much more compatible with mods.
