v.5.1.2 update

- Halved generation allow chance of Oni combat drugs

For Combat Extended:
- Correction of Wisplight bioturrets. They were left in a fall back state when I had no understanding of ammo stats at the time.
- Fixed the Oni dart rifle to use the correct projectile type.

- Various small changes and fixes.
- Oni factions now have their own culture type.
- For Ideology, Revenant Talons changed Supremacist to Raiders for one of their required meme.
- Bionic horn changed from +10% manipulation and moving, to +0.2 c/s move speed and +5% manipulation.
- Improved bionic mod support, now works with [FSF] Advanced Bionics Expansion to add the advanced bionic horn.

v5.0.1 update.

- Bug fix on spawning issues related with Royalty DLC quests. They didn't get notified from start up error logs.
- Fixed an oversight so Oni Freeborn Tribes and Black Talons will no longer be hostile with the Empire on new games.
- Some description changes.
- Yokai narcotic dart rifle renamed to Oni dart rifle. Shorter and a convenience renaming for upcoming CE patch update.

A hotfix for the Ancestral Oni to be able to make wisplight incubators, and the wisplight IED being the wrong explosion type.

- Wisplight sedatives cost corrected. Was 4 psychoid leaves and 2 wisplight cocoon, now 1 herbal med, 1 featherleaf and 2 wisplight cocoons.
- Those sedatives can now be made at the crafting spot.
- Wisplight glow pods now have a cleaniness value of -0.1, and incubators at -5.
- Oni smelly jelly now truly able to be eaten by everyone else. The ancestral Oni secretly hogged it all to themselves! Descriptions further corrected.
- Dusk and Dawn storyteller had a slight tweak, with maybe reduced frequency of ship chunk drop events.
- Fixed the horns graphics for the infant and children Oni.
- Ancestral Oni draw sizes readjusted for RimWorld version 1.4's scaling.
