Hotfix 2.3.0c "Finlay"

Fixes
- Not a fix, but an emergency solution for the Weberlied event triggering again and again.
- Fixed an issue with the Musikverein event location triggering several times.
- Only the Musikverein host can get a special bonus and decide what happens (good relation and small music tradition, bad relation and medium music tradition, or War of the Romantics).
- War of the Romantic will not be possible to trigger in the first Musikverein event.

Changes:
- Academics need to have an acceptance score of 4 or higher now instead of 3 or higher.

Fixes:
- Monuments and other buildings that you don't need to see, will no longer appear in the construction menu of every state.

Changelog for 2.3.0 "Finlay"

General:
- Compatible with 1.8.+
- The Genetics technology now gives a stronger bonus.
- Rudolf Wolf is now a random Astronomer
- Events should now appear more spread out.

Medicine:
- New character type Physician.
- Cholera, Tuberculosis, Smallpox, Typhus and Yellow as diseases that can ravage your country as epidemic diseases.
- Epidemics will hit you country under different circumstances. For example, Typhus will occur in countries with high devastation, Yellow Fever in tropical climate. Low SoL has an impact.
- Physicians can find treatments for epidemic diseases. They will still occur, but in a milder variant. They only will stay for some months instead of a year.
- Bevor a Physician can find a treatment, a disease has to be described first.
- A Physician can always describe a disease, but there a certain technology is needed to find a treatment for a certain disease.
- You'll find a lot of helpful information about epidemic diseases in the Medical Faculty.
- Depending on the disease, a Physician may need more time to find a treatment.
- Physicians normally describe and cure diseases when an epidemic occurs; they can also go on expeditions to write descriptions or find tretaments, but this will take longer.
- Countries which are the first to disocver a treatment get a special modifiers and can held a Medical Congress.
- Medical Congresses invites all Physicians and gives bonuses; Physicians may share knowledge (descriptions and treatments for free!)
- Physicians can do Medical Research for better medical technology.
- Added new technologies: Vaccination, Microbiology, Antitoxins.
- Physicians can expand the Medical System and found clinics and hospitals which have a positive effects on mortality, growth and living standard.
- Physicians can treat other characters with bad condition traits like sickly, wounded, seriously injured etc.

Astronomy:
- There are no longer empty planet modifiers. Instead it will be handled with variables and you will get a tooltip telling you, how much Astronomy Prestige you will get.
- Other astronomical Discoveries will now also show you, how much astronomical prestige they add.
- The GUI now shows you how many astronomical objects you are expected to discover per year.

Engineering:
- Added a new project to develop the first mechanical computer.
- You can now see all engineering projects even if your specialization does not match your engineer.
- Added three random events for the Mechanical Computer Project.

Element Names:
- Added various new element names.

Balance:
- Most Licences do no longer cost influence.

Quality of Life:
- Added many modifiers to show you what effect our traits, production method, etc. have on the Morgenröte Mechanics.
- The tooltips for the academic focus now show the correct interest groups even if you play with other mods.

Fixes:
- The Special Art styles no longer tell you to look at the Technology window instead of the Morgenröte GUI.
- Neptunium can no longer exist twice.
- There should no longer be any element symbols being used twice.
- Zoos will no longer downgrade automatically.
- No more Error spam in observer games.
- Painters and Writers should no longer get more than 500 reputation.
- You can recruit academics now if other countries have a geologist or chemist now.
- Safari now end if you acquire the animals in other ways.
- Pilots will stop being busy after an airshow instead of becoming even more busy.
- You should no longer get a new pilot at the Schneider trophy if you already has one. If it happens anyways, you have the option to keep your current pilot.
- Campania should no longer show up as Volcano Expedition location when not owned.
- Synthetic Rubber will not produce Silk anymore.
- The Observatory should no longer give a warning for you to upgrade it, if it is fully upgraded.
- Various Tooltips are now more informative and tell you which country is affected.
- Hopefully fixed a bug that showed the Transatlantic Cable expedition as active even once it was finished.
- Terbium is called Terbium again and not Tebrium.
- Planet discoverers will now be displayed all the time and not suddenly disappear.
- Children and babies will no longer win the Olympic Games (might still have some instances though).
- The Cretaceous Scenery now has a title and flavor text again.
- Chemicals in the water will now make people there angry.
- Switzerland and Sweden now actually get the atmospheric engine at game start.
- Schliemann will now only be available at between 1852 and 1890.
- Fixed missing animal names for the Get Exotic animal Journal Entry.
- Characters with the academic gowns will no longer wear sashes.
- Poems are no longer all nihilistic and instead have actual titles.
- Writers now gain Reputation on their tours.
- Fixed a trigger for the AI

Performance:
- Removed some global variables for planet discoveries.
- Revamped the way the AI gets a balloonist which will improve performance slightly.

3D:
- Morgenröte characters can now wear Dracula glasses but with normal glass (Thanks to Miss Duce).

Other:
- Kopenhagen starts with university.
- Added an Observatory to Switzerland (Observatoire de Genève) and removed the event for the Eidgenössische Sternwarte.
- Morgenröte Traits now have different colors signifying whether they are traits related to Natural History, Mathematical and Technical Science, Humanities, Arts or Sports.

Hotfix 2.2.4b "Gilbert"

General:
- Added an Iron Mine and a Tooling Workshop to Switzerland (represeting the starting ironworks and the clock-making industries).

Chemistry:
- Dynamic Element Names: "National" elements such as germanium, gallium, or polonium are replaced when discovered by a culture other than the historical one. The dynamic names are based on possible alternative names, such as Helvetium for Switzerland, Batavium for the Netherlands or Italicum for Italian nations.
- Addition of a game rule for "Dynamic" or "Historical" element names.

Fixes:
- Receiving a Gorilla will no longer cause you to say "Horsy."
- Elephant Trapping works again.
- Added fallback option in the scientist event for the Transatlantic Cable.
- Fixed Civil Engineeing Progress not to work properly.

AI:
- The AI is now more eager to specialize their universities.

Animals:
- Added multiple new animals: Meerkat, Gorilla, Gila Monster, Capybara, Thylacine, Pallas's Cat and Elks.
- Gorilla is a Safari animal.

Archaeology:
- Added Palmyra Excavation.

Astronomy
- Added Moon Libration event when doing Selenography.

Chemistry:
- Levels of Mathematical-Technical focused Universities now give a bonus on Chemistry Projects.

Engineering:
- Levels of Mathematical-Technical focused Universities now give a bonus on Engineering Projects.
- Added the additional work teams button to most Engineering Projects.

Music:
- With the invention of Nationalism, it is possible to adopt National Anthems.
- Five categories of anthems with specific modifier: Monarch Anthem, Folk Anthem, Value Anthem, Military Anthem, Worker Anthem.
- If a country has no historical anthem it can adopt via event, it is still possible to adopt one later via decision.
- Composers may create music pieces by chance which may fit as national anthems later.
- Composers can be commissioned to compose a national anthem.
- National anthems can be adopted without lyrics, but national writers may write lyrics (which makes an anthem more prestigious).
- Some anthems may get outdated after political changes (monarch anthems will not be used anymore without monarch).
- Added many historical anthems via custom loc. Custom anthems are planned for the future.

Natural History:
- Levels of Natural History focused Universities now give a bonus on Breeding, Naturalist and Paleontologist Projects.
- Nature Reserves no longer cost money but don't give add any tourism income (pretend that they pay for themselves).

Fixes:
- Fixed missing Element Symbols
- Colonial Helmet Mesh fixed.
- Fixed various localization issues.
- Engineers now properly get their experience every year.
