@Arcangel1117: If it is very expensive, then there is enough money in the country to afford it. But if we would cap it, that would make it way too easy for big nations.
The quality of the additions is just blowing my mind.
My favourites are Red Cross (for their juicy infamy decay bonus), Engineers and their projects, Chemist with his Synthetic Oil/Rubber (almost a must have in late game).
Architect is also nice but I hoped that some building I can build in every state not just once. (like modern sewer system or state school). It feels weird that it is unique. Maybe it needs to be renamed to make sense why you can only build one.
However I noticed some bugs here and there. Like some events/epidemics happen at a wonderful state of NULL_STATE.
Sometimes Engineering projects get stuck and not cancelled when switching specialisations.
Is there a good streamlined way to share screenshots and saves where the buggy situation was observed?
@上将潘凤: As for bigger updates, there is one planned for soon. At the latest we hope for it to be ready with 1.10. However Marco and I are both quite busy recently, so it might take a little longer.
Generally to see requirements of special buildings go to the capital state and hover over it.
Is the journal entry not appearing at all in your journal?
I've done a Draft PR for some of my suggestions on the GitHub, lemme know if you got any suggestions before I proceeded with the rest of the Siamese characters :)
Ideally also add traits that would fit them as that would help me a lot.
@PPsyrius: Thank you. If you want to create a Pull request that would be great, otherwise you can add them to this list as well: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mzv0Hmq7e_lNpcxY1D8hBqsgly4yxyzbl_oSV7KORhg/edit?gid=893021408#gid=893021408
