-Vichy France will now also transfer Marseille to Italy after Germany agrees to cede the maximum amount of land in the south;
-fixed Oświęcim not being claimed, transferred and/or cored by Hungary after the latter demands Galician territories.

-Reichskommissariat Italien has been implemented as a custom KSR Subject and contains options for territorial extension;
-added option to incorporate Southern France into Militärverwaltung Frankreich;
-US/Soviet/Chinese Administration in Korea, Condominium of Bosnia-Herzegovina and French Louisiana have been revamped with the custom KSR subject system.

-ported fixes from vanilla's "Patch 1.15.2 Checksum 2dd1";
-optimized decisions code to allow for better framerate (i.e. fixed the issue of significant FPS drops in the German Reich's decisions tab);
