Available for the 1.14+ "Bolivar" Update!

Kovas' States Rework: Expanded is a continuation mod of the original KSR which brings back with it many previously removed fan-favorite features, such as state renaming and custom subjects. Players will now be able to restore certain historical borders, bend territory alongside natural barriers like rivers and make use of underlooked landmasses. Among new states that were implemented, a significant amount of vanilla states have also been changed and improved.

• State transferring (in example, decision to transfer Transnistria to Romania, Karelia to Finland or Sakhalin to Japan).
  
• Lithuania now has the ability to move its capital between Vilnius and Kaunas whenever necessary.
  
• Bonn city added and now acts as the capital of West Germany.
  
• Berlin and Moscow can be split into two if they are owned by different countries.
  
• Austria-Hungary will have the option to move its capital to Vienna if Hungary forms it.

• Realistic Rhineland DMZ territories.
  
• Realistic Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact partition of Poland.
  
• Realistic West-East German territories, including partitioned Berlin.
  
• Austria-Hungary retains its original flag for the fascist ideology.
  
• Lithuania's, Latvia's, Soviet Union's, Japan's and CSA's flags have been modified for a more historical appeal;
  
• Realistic borders of Reichskommissariat Ostland and Reichskommissariat Ukraine.
  
• Greater German Reich will have a lighter color.
  
• Lithuania claims the entire Vilnius Region accordingly to historical claims.
  
• Through focuses, Austria-Hungary now has the ability to gain cores on all 1914 territories instead of claims.

Any other modifications that implement new states, national focuses or game map changes in the game will naturally conflict with KSRE and result in glitching or, most likely, crashing. Total conversion mods will usually not work.
