# Bugfixes and enhancements:
- Added the ability to track colonization progress of a colony that was previously disputed once the dispute is over.
- Fixed a bug in the colonization tracker where it would sometimes keep colonizing but always show progress for the advanced phase as pending initial phase.
- Fixed a bug where colonization would just get stuck at pending initial phase and never advance colonization.

- Fixed the bug where a decentralized nation would bug out at "heavily colonized".
- No migration controls now gives 10% tech spread, 10% bureaucracy population cost multiplier, while Encourage migration got 15% tech spread, 15% bureaucracy population cost multiplier.
- Autocracy now gives -25% decree cost.
- Removed the gold reserves requirement for founding an observatory.
- Removed red smoke effect on the map (credit: red smoke mod).
- Black ships & Military railways events for Japan will now fire only once.
- Fixed a localization bug where Maguindanao was called of Maguindanao Sultanate instead of Maguindanao Sultanate.
- Visual improvements, added a few new loadscreens and a new background main menu video custom made for TGR.
- Fixed a few dynamic names (British Republic, Austro-Hungarian Republic, etc).
- Fixed a localization bug in the "An Offer for the North" event for Mexico.
- Rebalanced publishing industries.
- Reformers are now against Serfdom and Slavery.

- Added harvesting process production method group to plantations.
- Fixed the bug where plantations fertilization group would produce more grain.
- Fixed a bug where cape colony still could colonize in Africa before the conference.
- Fixed a localization error in the "Unstable Empire" modifier for China.
- Colonial exploitation will only apply the throughput bonus to economic buildings.

# Bugfixes and enhancements:
- Removed ARoAI due to performance issues, the game should run very fast now.
- Texan statehood event now makes Texan a primary culture in the USA.
- Subjects will now always back down against their overlord if they get into a colonial dispute.
- Fixed an issue where Taiping Rebellion would get a revolt while at war. They now have a modifier for 10 years after they spawn to prevent revolts.
- Fixed a bug where rulers that are Lead Scientists would sometimes retire to become museum directors.
- Added more support for political bureaucrats.
- Added more resources to USA, Canada, France, UK, Ottomans, Iran, Sardinia-Piedmont and Germany (wood, coal, oil, etc).
- Fixed some localization issues.
- Being a Great Power now provides 2 additional colonial capacity points, while being a Major Power now provides 1 additional colonial capacity point.
- You can no longer establish a colony through the Colonial Administration decision, you will now need to use the "Colonization" diplomatic action that can be accessed through the diplomatic lens or by right-clicking the nation you'd like to colonize.
- Fixed a bug where even if a country lost its colonial range, the colonization would go on regardless (bug where mexico would continue colonizing US natives even after USA annexed the states north of mexico) now fixed.
- Added a tooltip to German Unification journal entry to better clarify the requirements.
- You can now invest in railways and ports in other countries
- Fixed a bug where British subjects overlord canton would disappear if Britain gets their war flag
- Added some Silk to Connecticut, USA.
- Fixed a localization bug where it would sometimes show names of countries as: "of Banjar Sultanate", "of X Sultanate", etc.
- Added a 5-years modifier to the CSA that gives interest group approval so they don't have a civil war while in the American Civil War.
- Added a flavor event to Portugal if they annex Brazil to add Brazilian as primary culture.
- Added oil to Niger Delta.
- Prussian Reformation technology is now required for Prussia to do the brothers war.
- Pan-nationalism is now required for North German Federation to invade France.
- Very good wine climate state trait in South America now gives 20% wine output instead of 10%.
- Netherlands now start at the same level of tech as Belgium.
- Added an event for Argentina and Bolivia to sign a boundary treaty to fix their borders. This event will fire once all natives north to Argentina and Bolivia no longer exist.
- Anarchists now have a stance on church and state.
- Vanguardists now support State Atheism and Total Separation.
- Buffed and rebalanced Totalitarianism. Also, you now can enact Totalitarianism with Council Republic.
- Added "Lombardy-Venetia" to the game with a historical flag, in a personal union with Austria.
- Added a flavor event for Austria if they win against the Plombieres agreement, to annex Lombardy-Venetia and get a prestige buff.
- Added an event for Argentina and Chile to sign a boundary treaty to fix their borders. This event will fire once all natives south to Argentina and Chile no longer exist.
- Added physical(visual) named ports to the Great Lakes states.
- Added missing localization for Officers commissions and state atheism.
- Fixed a bug in the Trans-Siberian Railway event where it did not add Russian homeland to the states.
- Free Churches are now disallowed if you have state atheism.
- Recreation and Sports Centers now require having state atheism or Council Republic.

- Worker cooperative in food industries can now be unlocked without the need for baking powder.
- Excavation license now transfers more income to the recipient.
- China now has a special less powerful AI buff when the AI Competence buff is enabled.
- You can now offer/use an obligation to get an excavation license.
- Ionian Islands now start with Dual Federalism.
- Fixed a bug where Montana and Wyoming would not transfer to the USA if they march into Oregon.
- Fixed an issue where Maseko (an African native) had no pops at game start.
- You can no longer have aristocratic officers command if you have Council Republic.

- Fixed a bug with the ottoman-egyptian war decision, which gave the prestige debuff to Ottomans instead of Egypt (massive oversight on my end xD)
- Fixed a bug in a Romanian event to get Dobrudja and form Romania, it now checks for both Romania and Wallachia depending who exists
- Opium is now a Mormon taboo
- Nations with capital in Africa are now able to colonize in Africa before the conference
- Congo recipient will no longer be able to colonize in Africa
- AI buffs will now get removed if the nation switches to a player
- General improvements in localization
- Fixed a bug with the "Claim the Rhine" decision where it disappeared as soon as you formed the French Empire
- Autocracy now gives -25% enactment time instead of 33%

# Bugfixes and enhancements:
- IMPROTANT ABOUT COLONIZATION: You can now colonize via the diplomatic action (from the diplomatic lens) instead of the event. This fixes all the issues where sometimes an eligible country within colonial range did not show up, and will now explain to you the requirements to colonize a nation if you hover over it.
- Fixed a bug where the trigger for the "Secure North German Unity" was bugged. Now it should work same as the tooltip (Holstein & Schleswig should not exist or should just not be subjects of Denmark, they can be subject of someone else but not Denmark.)
- Removed the hidden event that gives Australian natives to AI Britain.
- Fixed a bug in calculating colonial capacity, which made it always stuck at 2. Should now be fixed.
- The prestige debuff for Egypt is now applied before the diplomatic play is created and once the decision is taken. Now, the Ottoman-Turkish war should be fixed.
- Fixed Workhours and Unemployment Subsidies laws issue with Radical ideology support.
- USA will gain less infamy from the manifest destiny decision.
- Rebalanced publishing industry penny press production.

# New features:
- Added God-Worshipping Society as a new Christian religion for the Taiping.
- Added Mormonism as a new Christian religion that exists in New York and Illinois at game start.
