# Bugfixes and enhancements:
- Fixed the Haitian independence payments modifier bug not applied properly
- Fixed a bug with the "already conducting an investment" issue definitely
- Fixed a bug with the events adding and removing ideologies
- Fixed some localization issues
- Fixed a bug with demoting generals that did not make it work due to last pdx update
- Fixed the bugs with French Empire content conflict. Basically removed Voice of the People's content and kept our existing pre-VOTP empire content
- Fixed a bug when automating private construction where the script would sometimes pick states that have low to no infrastructure and then it would stop building. Now, it will only pick states with excess infrastructure
- Fixed a bug where if you switch to council republic with publicly traded in all your buildings, they would get stuck at publicly traded and lose money forever. Now, they will be switched to government run until you get cooperative ownership
- Fixed a crash-to-desktop that occurred sometimes if Paraguay did not exist when the native tribes in South America were conquered

# Game balance:
- Reduced capitalists employment for publicly traded to 150 instead of 500
- Removed the automation production method group for construction sectors, increased construction sector input materials by ~65%, and reduced the construction sector level cap gain from urbanization from 20 to 5. This should help greatly to slow down the game pace

- Fixed Communist Austria-Hungary dynamic name which did not show for some reason.
- Removed the gold reserves requirement for "Found an archaeological museum" decision
- You can now see literacy graphs of other countries when you hover over literacy on the country panel
- Added stances on technocracy for moderate democrats and Japanese Imperialists
- Fixed a bug where AI may not produce explosives
- Removed some stances on some socialist laws for the liberal ideology

- Added stance on mixed-market for protectionist ideology
- Added stances for weighted wealth and weighted universal suffrage voting to Paternalistic and radical ideologies
- Fixed a bug where agitators currently in your country wouldn't show up in the politics overview panel
- Fixed a bug where new voice of the people achievements wouldn't show in the game (they were gainable, just were not showing)
- Fixed a bug where once you enact council republic, all your ownership production methods for plantations will get stuck at publicly traded until you get collectivized agriculture

- Replaced the event after winning a diplomatic play from the reject back down diplo play to a new glorifying event with a cool little prestige bonus
- Railways now employ less pops
- Dynamite and nitroglycerin now reduce employees required for mines
- Made it so worker cooperative only unlocks when you have cooperative ownership law enacted
- Added an Austria-Hungary communist flag
- Fixed a bug with the chinese reform edicts where sometimes there would be one remaining edict that doesn't count in the journal entry

- Fixed a bug where laws enactment time was very fast and sometimes laws would enact instantly
- Fixed a bug where political movements would disband as soon as they're formed
- Fixed a bug where you could revoke states of the puppets of another country that's in your customs union
- Schools are now unlocked by Academia rather than empiricism
- Autocracy no longer gives law enactment time buff, it now gives permanent law enactment success chance 10%

- Added missing German flags from 1.3
- Fixed China opium wars issue and reworked the taiping rebellion, tested it and it works perfectly
- Fixed a colonization bug where sometimes colonization will cancel itself once you unpause (which led to South America sometimes not getting properly colonized as well as some islands)

# New content and features:
- Added a new "Automate Trade" button in the market panel, a TGR script that automatically establishes import/export trade routes based on market conditions, it focuses on routes profitability and importance
