Hopefully fixed a crash on career with fusion reactors

Hopefully made the mod auto disable on startup so you can enable it with the core mod

MOD NOW REQUIRES BASE RESOURCES MOD TO FUNCTION.

Added Station armor, a extremly heavy (40 tons) but tough armor.

Changed multiple recipes and some balance changes

added a new double fade

Hyperoid doodad fix, Mining beams balance changes.

Sigh.
time is a value thing, watch it fly by as the pendulus swings, watch it count down at the end of the day
