Updated types.xml and spawnabletypes.xml for new items. ( New items are at the top of types/spawnabletypes files)

I didnt set the spawns too high, adjust how you like.

-Added 6 new 9V Batteries.
-Added 2 new Matchboxes.
-Added Scout with wooden stock.

Added pictures for new items.
