Foot Squires are now recruitable at Tier III for all Bretonnian factions
Tier IV barracks now gives +2 royal men-at-arms (longbows) up from +1
Alberics unique trait is removed

Designer notes:
These changes were mainly made due to the fact that the Foot Squire change from the previous update had the unintended consequence of making the unit unavailable from the other factions. Foot Squires are on parity with the Tier III battle pilgrim unit so I felt this change was worth trying out. I would like feedback on this.

Realm of Chivalry numbers tweaked slightly
Royal Men-at-Arms and Royal Men-at-Arms (Longbows) costs are now correctly adjusted in mutliplayer/skirmish to reflect singleplayer costs.

Hp values very slightly increased for melee infantry (1 point per model) and the CP values have been adjusted to match the price values from the last update.

Men-at-arms (All basic variants) have had a slight hitpoint increase as well as a slight cost and upkeep increase
Royal Men-at-arms Longbows have had their hit points adjusted and their ranged damage shifted slightly towards armour piercing.
Peasant mob spacing changed to the same as Peasant Bowmen - This may be reverted depending on feedback.

Peasantry Commander no longer gives +1 Peasant to the Peasants economy.
Industry gives +3 Peasants to the Peasants economy at level 3, but costs more to upgrade (3200 for level 3, up from 1500)
