Pox shelters generate 40/60/80 income down from 50/100/150

Developer thoughts:
Pox shelters role being shifted like this makes it much more costly in the early game, and less of a financial investment worth keeping once Herbalists tech is researched. Overall, the focus is re-shifted to its growth bonus, and the value it provides in that avenue in the last game.

Slightly updated the Spearmen-at-arms unit card

Developer thoughts:
Chivalry now presents more of a reward for people that like to use peasants even into the late game, albeit a small one.
Dominion of Carcassonne was a very powerful skill, this tunes it down very slightly, but retains the same core concept.

Peasant Bowmen are improved with more leadership and melee attack thanks to these technologies, but these are just a token improvement compared to the reversion to their vanilla 15 armour. I felt that giving them more armour diminishes the value of having a men-at-arms front line, as well as paying for units like Royal Men-at-Arms (Longbows).

Due to the sheer size of the tech tree, I decided to reverse the decision to make Subsidised tools take multiple turns to research instead of costing gold. This also ties into the other Peasant Mob Changes. Autonomous collective's +20% weapon strength equated to +2 base damage, so instead I just gave the unit +1 AP weapon damage as default, which is in fact better than more base damage in the later stages of a campaign where this unit starts to be phased out entirely. Improving Subsidised tools to give +10 melee attack further helps Peasant Mob actually deal any amount of damage, which is something some players may enjoy... "for the memes". Who doesn't love a good harvesting season?
